Total and complete honestly- this is the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had. I did not add any sweetener, just cream. SMOOOOTH! No acidity, no bite, no bitterness. Medium roast, 5 scoops, 4 cups of water.
I usually add sweetener because the coffee is bitter, even with the cream added. Not this cup! You just weaned me off artificial sweeteners! I am a raving fan of Awakened Bean.
