Due to coffee being a perishable food, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with the beans you have ordered, please reach out to us at awakenedbean.com within 30 days of your order and we will figure out a solution for you.

We do our best to wrap your items with care. Please let us know immediately if your item is damaged and we will work out a solution.
